THIS IS NOT A DRILL: The Office Revival is in the Works at NBC!!
Multiple sources confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that NBC networks has approved a script about a paper supply company called Dunder Mifflin. The show will start off as the company looks for a new regional manager, which was Micheal’s (Steve Carrel) position.
Apparently, there is no talks of Steve Carrel returning to The Office reboot.
The Office revival will feature a mix of both old and new characters.
Angela Kinsey, who played the cat-loving accountant Angela Martin, took to Twitter to express her interest in returning for the revival.
Ummm @nbc call me…. have a quick question for you. Also call @creedbratton because he is blowing up my phone. K. Thx. Byeeeeeee. ?

However, many die-hard Office fans feel as though the show should not come back at all without the entire cast. Pam and Jim, the adored couple of the show, arent confirmed for a new season. Another reason why some people are against The Office revival is because they don’t know what the hell it could be about. Sure, the new manager plot could be entertaining for a while, but what happens once the audience starts to miss those beloved characters? The Office had a perfect ending. Most people only want to see it come back for the deep laughter we got from certain characters. There was no loose ends or a need for a plot continuation. That is why many people feel as though the show should just be left alone entirely. Hopefully, NBC can pull some strings and get most of the beloved cast back. We want our deep throated laughter filled munchie show! We’ll keep our fingers crossed for good news.
