Prada has made it’s return to the resort-wear scene. The Fondazione Prada Osservatorio show was held at the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan. The Galleria is usually home to exhibitions of many different visual art forms. Making it a very elegant venue for this posh, but edgy collection.
Prada walked a collection inspired by early 20th century, which was when the brand was founded. Miuccia Prada played a lot with hard and soft in this collection. Almost all of the looks include a mixture of sheer and opaque to enhance the textural story of the garments. She also brought back nylon, a fabric the brand was known for in the 90’s.
