Rihanna and Donald Glover have been spotted shooting a new project in Cuba now.
Photos began to surface with the two but there has been no clear news on what is really going on.
According to the Cuban magazine Vistar, it has been reported that the two have been filming in Havana for a film entitled Guava Island, being directed by Hiro Murai.
Both Rihanna and Glover share leading roles in the film, it is said that several locations are being used in Havana as well as a textile factory.
Glover has worked with Murai on other projects such as the short film Clapping for the Wrong Reasons and Atlanta on several episodes.
According to Vistar:
Rihanna’s stay on the island coincides with what appears to be the filming of a movie titled Guava Island, where the singer shares a cast with American actor and comedian Donald Glover. According to sources close to the magazine, the director of this film is in charge of the director Hiro Murai and the actors Nonso Anozie and Letitia Wright also participate.
The film had as locations some little-crowded places of the capital, among them, the textile factory of the Alamar municipality and the Abreu Fontán Social Circle in Miramar.
There isn’t any word on when the film is to be released but we will be on the lookout for any more clues!
