There is to be yet another Tupac and Biggie project coming to the TV universe; this time, it’s a mini-series. This show will be a scripted, mini series called “Unsolved” and will be done by the same team who did “The People Vs O.J. Simpson”.
Now I know what everybody is thinking, we’ve seen the Tupac and Biggie drama play out so many times on TV and with the upcoming biopic of Tupac Shakur, “All Eyez On Me”, scheduled for release of summer 2017, why make a mini-series??
Well this series will be, not so much about the lives of the two slain rappers, as the investigation of their deaths. The story will be told by Former LAPD Detective, Greg Kading, who led both investigations. There are no details yet as to when this series will air but it is in the works.
Both murders are still unsolved, hence the title. It will definitely be interesting to see this story told from an investigative perspective and HOPEFULLY, we will see something that hasn’t been on screen 1000 times.
