MEFeater CEO and Co-founder Gabrielle Amani joins the ranks of the best and brightest trailblazers on this year’s Forbes 30 under 30 media list. Amani created MEFeater Magazine 10 years ago alongside her mother, Simone Clarke, turning the publication into a lifestyle media brand that is now a staple in Black culture. As a mogul and leader for one of the top digital brands in the industry, Amani, along with her team at MEFeater, has brokered deals with companies such as Nike, Sephora, VMAs, and Rolling Loud and created MEF Agency.
Over the last 10 years, Amani has amassed a media empire and broken barriers. MEFeater has produced various events over the years, as well as curating covers for Saucy Santana and Jayda Cheaves and their very first NYFW show, Galentines. Galentines is a celebration of female friendships and of women’s empowerment. The fashion show showcased LGBTQIA talent as well as the best in fashion, music, and creative women.
In addition to organizing events and designing covers, Amani founded the MEF Agency, which, while an extension of the magazine, offers one-of-a-kind services to help brands elevate.
The Forbes 30 under 30 list also included Latin singer Becky G, Black Mangaka Anfernee Robinson, and Influencer Rickey Thompson.
