MEFeater’s own Romany has once again grazed the streets of London only to stumble upon the stylish 16 year-old Izzy Davis and Livvy Banks. She stopped these two to ask them a few questions on life, brands, fashion.
Where do you like to shop?
Livvy&Izzy: We mostly do online shopping, like Richardson store, DSM, Depot, Etsy etc. If we’re looking for just plain tops and jeans, we like to go to places like Topshop or Urban Outfitters. We only really wear trainers, mostly from Nike and Adidas, usually specifically look for collaborations of the two with different brands.
Everyone is taking their fashion inspiration from Instagram. What are some of the Insta profiles you follow for some go-to looks?
L&I: We don’t really look up to Instagram famous people for who they are or what they do, but we are more inspired by their fashion and the pictures they take for their Insta. People like @venedaanastasia, @killerandasweetthang, @sarahfuckingsnyder, @angelinaworeth are a few good ones.
You guys are so young. What are you two studying in school?
I: I’m studying Philosophy, Maths and photography next year for A-levels and Livv is studying Art, Politics, Chemistry, and Biology. No idea what I want to be when I’m older, just something sociable, maybe helping with organizing events, just definitely don’t want to be stuck in an office. Livv’s dream job is to work at NASA, but she’s probably better off working in design and art rather than science.
What are your plans this summer?
I: I’m going to Ibiza and Barbados this summer and Livv is going to Ibiza, Bali and maybe New
York. We’re both going to the festivals, Secret Garden Party and Love box this summer.
