Future Editor-in-Cheif of Vogue UK, Edward Enninful, has made his directorial début at GAP. He recently directed a short film entitled “Bridging the Gap.” The short film is part of GAP’s newest campaign aimed at promoting diversity and tolerance. The campaign uses a classically American brand to optimistically represent what it is to be American.
Enninful enlisted many of his esteemed friends and peers to elevate the campaign. The group is very diverse, just as the theme demands. The cast list includes celebrities like Yara Shahidi, Wiz Kalifa, Priyanka Chopra, Christie Brinkley, and many more. The cast is seen in classic shite GAP t-shirts and various styles of denim bottoms. And each star was styled according to their individual, personal styles. Perhaps to represent the unity between Americans and the individual freedoms we are each awarded.
