Black-owned activewear brands are gaining recognition for their unique designs and commitment to inclusivity and representation. Thanks to women who popularized yoga pants during the early 2000s, wearing activewear as daywear is now in fashion. However, wearing Black-owned activewear is even trendier.
In the late 2000s, activewear not only influenced an era of fashion, but it also significantly altered our perception of style. Despite activewear still having athletic features in its design, it has gradually evolved into a popular fashion statement.
