Domo Wells, a world-building Creative Director, is pioneering innovation through her brand and venture, Dead Dirt.
Based in Los Angeles but hailing from the DMV, Domo’s upbringing in the Go-Go and Club music scenes has profoundly shaped her authentic and intersectional approach. This distinctive quality has propelled her to collaborate with renowned artists such as Brent Faiyaz, Pusha-T, and Rico Nasty, while gracing stages at Pharrell’s Something in the Water Festival, the BET Awards, and, most recently, co-hosting Glamour Magazine’s Women of the Year event last November.
Her extensive experience and diverse cultural connections led her to assume the role of Spotify’s Music + Fashion Editorial Lead, an opportunity that empowered her to establish her own firm.
Since the launch of Dead Dirt in 2023, Domo has successfully sold out capsules in DC and LA, with its impact organically expanding into a B to B creative firm. Serving clients in Fashion, Music, Entertainment, and now Sports, Domo has recently been appointed as the Creative Director for the NWSL team, Washington Spirit.
