The fashion world was filled with excitement when the news of ‘Blackish’ star Tracee Ellis Ross collaborating on a holiday collection with JC Penney was announced. The line aims to be stylish, inclusive and more diverse in its range compared to those already on the market.

As well as being a hit in TV show ‘Blackish,’ Tracee Ellis Ross is venturing into the fashion world. The star has always been quite the stylish red carpet attendee. Now, we’ll have her designs from the forthcoming JC Penney Collection in our wardrobe. Red carpet ready, much?
The range which includes 45 pieces in total will range from a size small right up to XXXL. Considering the inclusively war with fashion, the sizing alone is amazing for those who don’t fit inside the ‘norm’ of sizing in today’s market. The campaign editorial, which you can see more of below, is also diverse and aims to promote #TER4JCP in the same way. Including 45 pieces of formal-wear, pajamas, accessories, & party-wear for the holidays, it’s appropriate for any age group. Even better with a starting price of $9!
“It’s been my lifelong dream to design a line of clothing to utilize my love of style and clothes and to create a collection accessible to everyone that empowers women to embrace their joyful spirit. The apparel range will be priced from $29 to $74. Accessories including handbags, totes and scarves, range from $19 to $24. Sleep-wear items from #TER4JCP cost between $17 and $34. With a nice selection of home accessories (throw pillows, dishes, glasses etc.) also included, they’re priced from $12 to $19. Certainly something for every type of household!
