The day of love is quickly approaching. YES, its Valentine’s Day.
Where every social media platform is filled with people in love.
Instagram is filled with sappy posts about how much Jill loves Jack and how this marks their 3rd year spending February 14th together.And maybe if you were one of those people in a relationship it wouldn’t be so bad, but since you’re not the salty life of a single gal/guy is weighing down on ya.
But Valentine’s Day is more than just cuddling with your boy toy and going on fancy dates. So keep your tears for later, grab your best friend and have a nice Valentine’s day!
Don’t feel down because today is the day for love.Don’t minimize this day for the couples of the world. We all deserve love, today and every day.
So here’s to staying happy on V-Day.
1. First of all here’s a reason to watch every single rom-com with your besties. I mean you don’t need an excuse, its Valentine’s Day.
Yes, that means cozying up next to your best friends, eating takeout, and enjoying every single Nicholas Sparks novel turned into a movie ever made!
2. Secondly, who says being single was a bad thing, treat yourself! I mean you definitely deserve it!
Go get your nails done, get a massage, have a spa day! When you look great, you feel great! What better way to say “I love you”!
3. And come on, we all deserve a night out on the town. Go the club, go to happy hour and meet some eligible bachelors.
Besides being single does have its perks, so get mingling!
4. Lastly, spend the day spreading the love.
Whether that means with your boyfriend, or your family and friends, we all need to feel the love. And ultimately that is what makes Valentine’s day so special.
So don’t get salty, don’t get sad, and most definitely don’t go mopping around!
Valentine’s day isn’t a day for saltiness, its a day to tell someone that you care about them.
