Rita Ora Fired From ANTM Due to Low Ratings, but it Wasn’t Her Fault

Rita Ora ANTM Firing

America’s Next Top Model ran its course while on the CW for 22 seasons with supermodel host Tyra Banks, which ended back in 2015 on the network.
Getting picked up back by VH1, ANTM has done a total revamp with a new host Rita Ora along with judges supermodel Ashley Graham, celebrity stylist Law Roach and paper magazine’s chief creative officer Drew Elliott.

Banks still remains an executive producer for the show but has taking a step back from her other duties as the host.

A significant drop in rating has happened since the airing of ANTM cycle 23 and according to OK Magazine, Banks is “furious” about the drop in ratings.

Rumor has it that Ora was “sometimes unprepared” by an insider. But a rep from VH1 stated that Ora was “a total pro” and the network was “trilled to have partnered with her.”

Many ANTM fans blamed Rita Ora for the poor rantings and boring story-line. However, that couldn’t be further from the truth. What made the show less exciting were the challenges and photo shoots. ANTM cycle 23 concluded with Seattle, Washington native purple-haired India Gants winning the season.

Has America’s Next Top Model run its course or is Rita Ora to be blamed for low ratings?
