Meet the 2022 Disney Dreamers!

The 2022 Disney Dreamers Academy was full of bright and talented teens. During the event, we were excited to interview a few of the Dreamers and find out more about their aspirations in life. Get ready to meet some of the most intuitive and brilliant minds of the 2022 Disney Dreamers Academy.

1. Tyra Jefferson, 16

Tyra Jefferson is a 16-year-old personal chef, caterer, cooking demonstrator, seasoning developer, author, actress, motivational speaker, and inspirational dancer. Jefferson is the owner and CEO of Tyra’s BIG World of Flavor, LLC, a catering company that makes mouth-watering dishes! Jefferson is a Dreamer that knows no limits. Some of Jefferson’s long-term goals are to have her own radio show or podcast, act in stage plays and film, become a food truck owner, open a restaurant, have her own cookware product line, and give back to her mom.

2. Christianna Alexander, 16

Christianna Alexander is a 16-year-old business owner and entrepreneur. Alexander is the owner and CEO of Sweet Christi’s, a natural body care brand that will leave you smelling oh so sweet! In her spare time, Alexander enjoys studying art and science. Her interests include golfing, swimming, skateboarding, volleyball, painting, and acting.

3. Ila-Rose Robinson, 15

15-year-old Ila-Rose Robinson is a charismatic teen with a burning desire to help others. Robinson is a teen staff member at VOX ATL and a member of the Harvard Debate Council Diversity Project. Robinson hopes to break out into the media world where she hopes to engage in difficult conversations that will provide insight into worldwide issues.

4. Jordyn Spencer, 17

17-year-old Jordyn Spencer is a talent you need to keep your eyes on! An actress, rapper, poet, AND editor is what makes Spencer inspiring. Spencer has been named Best Performer twice at two different state-level and one-act play festivals. Spencer’s long-term goal is to be a filmmaker and show off her many creative talents.

5. Miyana Holden, 15

Miyana Holden is a jubilant and optimistic Dreamer that is an advocate for representation. Holden is a competitive dancer, varsity cheerleader, and film conservatory member. She is also an active member of the International Association of Blacks in Dance, Co-Ette Club, and Student Diversity Leadership Conference. When Holden isn’t partaking in extracurricular activities, she is advocating for Autism awareness- a learning disability her younger brother has. Holden’s long-term goal is to become a filmmaker and present minorities in a positive light.

7. Ryann Richards, 18

Ryann Richards is a spunky athlete, model, and serial entrepreneur that aspires to inspire. Richards is the captain of the GA 7A State Championship Flag Football Team and a basketball cheerleader. In her spare time, Richards enjoys competing in pageants and serving her community. Richards’s long-term goal is to attend FAMU (Florida A&M University) and have a career as a real estate investor.

Keep your eyes peeled for these incredibly intelligent and talented Disney Dreamers. They’ll change the world soon than you think.
