For some of us, summer is all about finally having the time to relax and binge watch all the Netflix our hearts desire. If this is #relatable, you won’t want to miss this! Netflix has a new comedy coming later this summer staring the former “2 Dope Queens” cohost, Jessica Williams. The movie will be called The Incredible Jessica James.
According to Netflix, the movie is about a a struggling New York City playwright and a divorced app designer that make an unlikely connection. However, the trailer does a better job in giving us an idea of what to expect. Watch below!
From the looks of it, this movie will be everything!! The New York Times even added it to The Best Movies and TV Shows coming to Netflix this July. Their article added “Williams’s warm and energetic performance makes her character sympathetic even when she’s acting out or fantasizing revenge scenarios against her ex-boyfriend. Adulting: still difficult.”
