Chanel has done the impossible! They have reconstructed a Walmart sized grocery store into Paris’s chicest Super Market! Chanel amazingly made an ordinary experience like shopping in a supermarket extra special during Paris Fashion Week. Instead of normal groceries like canned beans or pasta stocked on shelves, special made Chanel goodies like Chanel Kolas occupied the space. Making Karl Lagerfeld’s luxury Chanel Supermarket extraordinary. However, just like any other super market, customers were inappropriately stealing. As soon as the show was over Celebs and Fashion Editors attempted to snag one of the Chanel special runway goods! Security had to search everyone at the door and confiscated Chanel property from guest who tried to steal.
Forget how marvelous the venue and how crazy creative the set was! The clothes were just as cool. Lagerfeld was able to merge comfort and high fashion. Instead of walking the runway in heels, models wore glamorous sneakers. The garments looked as comfortable as causal sweats, but as tailored as your favorite suit. Chanel used bright color and lots of Tweed! Clothes were ripped precisely and there was a lot of midriff showing! Definitely, your “young classy” girl collection. Our favorite British model, Cara Delevingne opened the show and our favorite Kardashian, Kendall model walked in the show. Celebs such as Rihanna and Keira Knightley sat front row. Yup, Chanel’s Market was definitely a highlight of Paris Fashion Week.
