Cardi B is clearly having the best year of her life.
The Bronx native is continuing to make her money moves with the latest news that she will be a performer at the 2017 MTV VMAs.
Producers for the show revealed that the reality star turned rapper will be rocking the official pre-show. Other pre-show performers will be Bleachers and Khalid. Three-time nominee Lil Yachty will host, alongside Charlamange Tha God, Terrence J and Gaby Wilson.
Her smash hit “Bodak Yellow” is 2017’s summer anthem and one of the biggest songs of the year. The song first appeared on the Billboard Top 10 a week ago and now sits at number #3 on the charts.
The 2017 VMAs airs August 27th and will feature main show performances from the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Pink, Fifth Harmony, The Weeknd, and host Katy Perry. It takes place this Sunday live from The Forum in LA.
