Packrat FuBu Basquiat aims to enhance the cultures and communities she belongs to while fostering a safe space for self-expression for herself and others. She takes pride in carrying on the legacy of Ballroom pioneers and community ancestors, emphasizing the importance of upholding authenticity, respect, and integrity within the underground Ballroom scene.
Her vision is to become a prominent figure in the Ballroom and dance communities and to introduce much-needed innovation and advancement. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and raised in Willingboro, New Jersey, Stephanie honed her freestyling skills in various settings, including streets, clubs, dance crews, and television.
