90s Fashion Meets Today’s Trendiest Looks In Bel-Air Reboot Series

Bel-Air, the reboot of the classic show The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, has sparked a lot of discussion around the incredible fashion that is not only a representation of the original 90s style but also has a new flare, reflecting the current fashion trends.

Coco Jones – Hilary Banks

Hilary Banks had a sophisticated yet boujee style on the original show that screamed nostalgic 90s flair. From her hats and vests to her co-ord sets, she looked amazing in whatever she wore. Coco Jones’s style, on the other hand, is striking but trendy, as she portrays Hilary Banks on this reboot. There are various prints, as well as a variety of designs, colors, and accessories.

Akira Akbar – Ashley Banks

Over the course of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, it was intriguing to see Ashley’s style evolve. Ashley’s style evolved in line with her character’s growth on the show, from wearing uniforms to crop tops and mini skirts. On the other hand, Ashley’s current Bel-Air style is comprised of jumpsuits, subdued hues, and a laid-back preppy-girl vibe.

Olly Sholotan – Carlton Banks

The original Carlton deserves credit for wearing a sweater over a shirt with slacks and loafers. This is such a classic look that is being used in the series today but with a modern twist. Carlton’s current Bel-Air look features brilliant patterned shirts, colorful fitted suits, and a more sophisticated version of the letterman’s jackets.

Jabari Banks – Will

From backward caps to goofy socks, sneakers, and a personal touch to the famous uniform, the remake did an excellent job of maintaining the essence of the original outfit while adding a fresh twist. Will keeps his urban athleisure look going with some suits and sneakers.

When it comes to sprucing up the wardrobe, Bel-Air does a fantastic job. The pieces are obviously faithful to the original show, but they have their own appearance and feel for this new generation. Keeping up with current trends and incorporating them into each character’s personality gives the series a more fluid feel.
