This is XXL’s 7th annual yearly process of choosing young artists on the rise that has been voted by the people’s choice. Each artist have shown some type of build up within the industry, whether it’s through a fanbase, mixtape, or a hit song. These artists have accomplished something bigger than receiving a grammy. They have achieved recognition through the hearts of their supporters and voters from their voices. Judging by the other selected artists from previous released Freshmen Classes such as artist Kendrick Lamar, Wiz Kahlifa and Macklamore, MEFeater has no doubt in these artist whatsoever!
