Recently joining Instagram in 2017, the leading star in Netflix’s Bright, Will Smith has been nothing but a wonderful presence since joining the IG family.
This past weekend the Smith’s celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary. Smith went to IG to express his love for his beloved wife, actress Jada Pinkett-Smith.
“Twenty years ago today we held hands and walked naively down that aisle. Here’s what I’ve learned since.”
Smith expressed that, “Love is like gardening…”
“Rather than demanding that you become what my fragile ego needs you to be. I’ve learned to take pleasure in nourishing YOUR dreams”
Smith words expressed how he never wanted to wrestle with Pinkett because of his “selfish needs.”
In a brief poem he wrote within his post, Smith said “I have learned that love is listening. Love is giving. Love is freedom.”
