Back in 2016, Saint Laurent’s Creative Director Anthony Vaccarello debuted the new YSL heel that has quickly become a signature style for the footwear line. For the brand’s Spring ’17 runway show, the ‘Opyum’ pump, priced at $1,015, made its debut and now for the Fall 2017 season, it’s back in a 4.5-inch ankle boot form.
