Quavo Says He Has 20 Unreleased Songs With Travis Scott

Enough teasing! We want the album!

It’s an understatement to say that we are excited for Quavo and Travis Scott’s joint album.

The world hasn’t heard much about the collab since August when Scott teased, “The Quavo album is coming soon. I’m dropping new music soon. You know how I do it though: I like surprises”.

In an interview with Montreality this past Monday, Quavo gave more details about his joint album with Travis Scott, as well as, updates on Culture 2.

“We’ve been making a whole bunch of records; we got a lot of records together right now, we’ve probably got like 20 records, we just need to get some time and just sort ’em out.”

The untitled project is one of the most anticipated albums of the year along with Culture 2 and T Scott’s Astroworld.

Although there is no set date,  Quavo stated we can expect the album “to drop real, real soon. Soon as I get some time.”

Quavo also raved about Culture 2 stating, “Culture 2 is a masterpiece man.We settin’ a trend, we started this whole lil’ wave, we started the whole genre, the whole flow, the whole melody. Ain’t nobody right now who can say they ain’t took our flow. We ain’t tripping, we never did trip. Hip Hop has changed in a big way, We changed it.”

‘Culture’ was the first number one album for the ad-libbing trio and one of the first rap albums of the year to earn a platinum plaque.

Travis Scott & Quavo are two of the most sought-after rappers in the game right now. Both rappers have numerous features under their belt with a wide range of artists. Collaborations such as “Portland”, “Pick Up The Phone”, “Oh My Dis Side,” “Kelly Price”, are already strong indicators that the two are a rap duo made in heaven.

Although we may not be deserving of this album. We are so excited for this collaborative masterpiece!
