As soon as the clock struck midnight on October 30th, Kirk Knight dropped his first album ever. The Brooklyn based rapper shows fans and critics alike how talented he is by fully producing and writing his entire album. Cleverly naming it “Late ‘Knight’ Special” in the process. If you didn’t know, Knight is a member of the young, but super hip-hop collective Pro-Era alongside Joey Badass, Cj Fly, and more. The project features fellow Pro Era member Joey Bada$$, Mick Jenkins, Thundercat, and more exciting names. The tracks on the album weave in and out from flirtatious vibes to highly aggressive tones and rhythms making the musical project a well-rounded listen from start to finish.
