HBO has released its first look at “Fahrenheit 451,” starring Michael B. Jordan and Michael Shannon.
In the film, based on the Ray Bradbury novel of the same name, Jordan portrays Guy Montag, a “fireman” whose job is incinerating books as opposed to extinguishing fires.
“Have you ever seen a physical book before? Do you wanna know what’s inside? Insanity,” says Shannon’s character, who plays Montag’s mentor.
As previously announced, the film will also star Laura Harrier (Spiderman Homecoming), Lilly Singh and Algerian actress, Sofia Boutella (Mummy). Jordan served as an executive producer on the project, producing through his Outlier Productions.
