Normani Kordei is showing off her solo star quality with her latest cover of Solonge’s “Dont Touch My Hair” and “Cradles in the Sky”.
In an interview Normani Kordei stated:
“I was inspired by Solange’s album, A Seat at The Table, from the moment that I heard it,” she told USA Today. “She has clearly taken the time to create a unique body of work and emote through her music from a true place.”
Normani has been giving us a taste of what she can do solo since her run in with racist twitter, previously covering Drake’s “Fake Love” and “Sneakin”.
