It’s just a little too late…just kidding Jojo! It’s never too late for a new album! We have been waiting since October 2006 to hear new sound from our favorite singer.
Why has she been out of the loop for about 10 years?? Well, she was in a lawsuit with her former record label, and through this time she could not produce and or release new music.
But we know that she is Not That Kind of Girl to hold grudges!
But nonetheless, we are excited about this comeback into the music industry.
Atlantic Records released the album on October 14, after the release of the three songs “When Love Hurts”, “Save My Soul”, and “Say Love” on August 21st.
On this 11-track album we can be sure to be hit with a strong R&B vibe, with amazing vocals and strong melodies. Basically everything we are used to hearing from JoJo already!
In a interview with People, JoJo talks about what we can expect from the album, and of course we have heart eyes over how strong and amazing she is!
“So the album is eclectic: because I am. I’m influenced by so many different things. And the things that I’ve gone through in the past few months have definitely made me feel like I can go back into the studio and make sure that all bases are covered.”
10 years has nothing on us fans, we just Keep On Keepin’ On! Same amazing voice, new and even better JoJo!
