Iggy Azelea is back and bouncing all over your computer screens!
The Australian rapper has released the visuals for her latest single ‘Mo Bounce’ and it was a lot. I won’t bash Iggy because sis has been through enough, but what I will say the ‘Mo Bounce’ video left me confused.
If you’re ‘Fancy’ or ‘Black Black Widow’ Iggy fan, ‘Mo Bounce’ probably isn’t for you. It’s what you would get if Hip-Hop and EDM had a baby.
Filmed in Hong Kong, the video takes viewers on a journey through twerk central. No literally, every five second there is a rotating backside in the camera. Besides all of the rump shaking, the actual look of video was cool. She made great use of her surrounding and Hong Kong was a great pick!
Overall, I give the video a 5/10.
Iggy still needs to find her lane and while the upbeat and happy feels of ‘Mo Bounce’ get the booty moving, I still don’t know who Iggy the Rapper is.
