For this current gift guide, we’re focusing on shopping on a budget. The holidays come once a year, but that doesn’t mean that our economy gets any better! Let’s mind our coins and shop responsibly. If you are in the middle of your holiday shopping, almost done, or just getting started, here are some budget-friendly ideas for your loved ones.

You can never go wrong with a gift set! This allows you to purchase a bundle of items that are all within your budget. Gift sets are super popular during this time, especially when it comes to beauty items. Gift sets are ideal for someone who wants to try something out before purchasing the item in its full size! (In some cases, you do get a full-sized item for a low price.)

Some sets include small mini versions of different scents so you can choose your favorite, and others include medium-sized bottles in addition to the small versions. Either way, there is a large selection to choose from on both sites, and you are sure to find the perfect scent for him, her, or them.
Besides fragrances, makeup and skincare sets are great gift ideas too. Fenty Beauty has gift sets for both, their gift guide lists products for both platforms, and if you’re lucky, you might even catch a sale on top of the gift set price. Another skincare brand (that happens to be black-owned), Topicals, has holiday gifts as well; their products are getting amazing reviews, and we love that. Grab them before they’re gone!
Cozy Wear
With winter starting literally this week, why not gift someone a cute and comfy set? For the house or for being stylishly coordinated while out, it’s an ideal gift for anyone! Great gift ideas for homebodies or anyone who simply loves to host can be feel-good items that are easy to get and have more than one use. For the mixologist in your group, why not gift them a cocktail shaker set? Amazon has an aesthetically pleasing one that also comes with a recipe book.
Next, for the homebody, you can’t ever go wrong with candles! Yes, Bath & Body Works has all of America in a chokehold, but nothing beats supporting a Black-owned business that offers a range of products. For your candle needs, definitely head over to Lit BYLKN for their unique candle selection. (Please note that they sell out fast!)
