The time has finally come for music festival-goers. It’s been about two years since those lineups lit up our screens, and the wait is finally over. We’ve got the details and more on Dreamville Fest, Coachella, Glastonbury, Broccoli City, Pitchfork, and more music festivals.

Dreamville Fest – April 2 – April 3, 2022
Raleigh, NC

J.Cole’s Dreamville Fest returns to Raleigh’s Dorothea Dix Park for the second year. The newly-announced lineup promises a fun-filled two-day event. Earthgang, Ari Lennox, Cozz, Bia, and Lute are among the artists signed to Cole’s label, of the same name, “Dreamville.” Lil Baby, Kehlani, Rico Nasty, Lil Wayne, Wale, and T-Pain are just a handful of the musical performances. This will be a two-day event with a variety of activities, food trucks, art, and more. Now is the time to purchase a ticket if you haven’t already done so.

Coachella

Weekend 1: April 15 – 17

Weekend 2: April 22-24
Indio, CA

This year’s Coachella headliners are Harry Styles, Billie Eilish, and Ye. The two-weekend music festival is back. The roster for this year seems great, with performances by Baby Keem, Big Sean, BROCKHAMPTON, City Girls, Denzel Curry, Isaiah Rashad, and more. And even though it’s been years since Beyoncé performed on the Coachella stage, who will be able to beat that?

Broccoli City Festival – May 7 – May 8, 2022
Washington, D.C.

Summer Walker, Ari Lennox, Gunna, Wale, Tems, and Jeezy are among the artists on the 2022 Broccoli City Festival lineup. Broccoli Fest has always been a fantastic event with a mission to honor and advance the black community by “building innovative experiences that intersect music, art and social impact.” This two-day hip-hop festival takes place at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C., and is sure to be another one to remember.

Glastonbury Festival – Jun 22 – Jun 26, 2022
Pilton, Somerset, in England

Kendrick Lamar returns to the stage after a long hiatus and will be one of the festival’s headliners, alongside Paul McCartney. Megan Thee Stallion, Doja Cat, Arlo Parks, and others are just a few of the prominent performers. This five-day celebration held in a vast field in southwest England will be jam-packed with uninterrupted fun and entertainment.

Pitchfork – July 15 –17, 2022
Chicago, IL

Pitchfork Music Festival, a Chicago-based multi-genre festival, has just announced its three-day weekend program. The Roots, The National, and Mitski are among the musical headliners, with Spiritualized, Earl Sweatshirt, Tierra Whack, Low, Noname, Amber Mark, Dawn Richard, and others performing as well.

This Spring/Summer will be chock-full of fantastic music and memorable moments. If you have your heart set on a certain music festival, try to get a ticket because this year will be one to remember, after two years of no concerts,!
