Amandla Stenberg is the lead in the upcoming romance, drama movie Everything, Everything. It is based on a young-adult novel of the same name, written by Nicola Yoon.
In the film, teenage Maddy, played by Amandla Stenberg, is housebound due to a rare disease that causes her to be allergic to almost everything. The only people she sees are her mother and her nurse — until a boy, Olly, played by Nick Robinson, moves in next door. Maddy begins to fall in love with Olly and life.
The film will open in theaters on May 19, 2017.
